Description
A 21st Century candid photograph of two adults displaying two different emotions. The situation was over in moments, and I do not know the story, but to me it looks like a turning point in the relationship.
Photograph made at the Decisive Moment with a Ricoh GR II f/2.8 street camera.
Street Photography is conducted for art or enquiry that features unmediated chance encounters and random incidents within public places. Street photography can focus on people and their behavior in public, thereby also recording people's history.

Featured in Human Life in Close Up. I love this image and its composition. I understand that it probably reflects a dark moment in someone's life but unfortunately, there are dark moments and times in everyone's lifetime and as photographers, we have a responsibility to record these moments as well as the good times. - Life, after all, is not all a bucket of roses. This emotive image portrays all these moments and in my personal opinion it should rank amongst the 'Greats'

Wow! Fantastic piece of Street Candid Journalism. The photo and composition say so much without words. I hope you used a good long lens as that Guy looks like he just wants to batter somebody!! Impressed - Richard.
Norman Gabitzsch replied:
Richard ... Thank you. I was using a Ricoh GR with a 28 mm equivalent lens in burst stealth mode. I get noticed about 10% of the time.
