21st Century Color image of the Via Colori Art festival in downtown Houston at Hermann Square at City Hall and the surrounding streets of McKinney, Bagby and Walker (November 2016)... The Decisive Moment. All roads lead to creativity when over 200 artists converge on the streets to celebrate the artistic spirit of Houston Texas for the beginning of winter weekend. In 2016 the festival attracted more than 25,000 attendees with its diverse art, music, activities and food and drinks.
