Description
A candid street photograph of a summer traveler in the city of Ljubljana, Slovenia. When I first saw this scene, my first thought was that the lady had received a “Dear Jane” letter… but today we live in an instant messaging age and it would be more likely that this kind of message would be on a smart phone and not in a document. I don’t know this story life is, but the traveler is perplexed by something. This is an example of 21st Century Street Photography.
Street Photography is conducted for art or enquiry that features unmediated chance encounters and random incidents within public places. Street photography can focus on people and their behavior in public, thereby also recording people's history.

She may just be confused by the train schedule, but I like the title anyway!
Norman Gabitzsch replied:
Barbie ... Although I can't read the document, it doesn't appear dense enough to be a train schedule. You are probably right... maybe "Oh No", would have been a more accurate title. Nevertheless, The expression is more "Dear Jane" to me.
