The Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute (NRI) at Texas Children's Hospital in the Texas Medical Center (TMC), Houston Texas. Principal architect Ray Beets described his concept for the NRI Building: "the driving force behind the design was discovery." The institute's spiral tower gave me the impression of a backbone. This 21 st Century Photograph taken with a Nikon D810.
This twist is not an illusion... the structure really is twisted!
